1. What these Waitlist Terms cover
These Waitlist Terms apply only to joining the Stay Bright early-access waitlist on staybright.app (the "Waitlist"). They do not govern a future paid app, subscription, or other product. Separate terms will apply if and when those launch.
By submitting your email to the Waitlist, you agree to these Waitlist Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who we are
Arkenstone Labs GmbH operates Stay Bright. Full company details are in the Impressum. Contact: hello@staybright.app.
3. What the Waitlist is
The Waitlist lets you ask to be notified when early access to Stay Bright may open. Stay Bright is planned as a short daily practice for everyday focus, memory, and mental agility.
The Waitlist and Site do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical assessment.
Joining the Waitlist does not:
- create a paid subscription
- guarantee a launch date
- guarantee App Store or Google Play availability in your country
- guarantee a free plan
We may pause, cap, or close the Waitlist at any time.
4. How to join
You join by entering a valid email and submitting the form. We may ask you to confirm the address. We may refuse or remove entries that look abusive (bots, spam, fake addresses).
5. Emails about the Waitlist
If you join, we may email you:
- a confirmation that you are on the Waitlist
- a notice when early access opens (or if plans change)
We will state beside the form what emails you can expect. Marketing that is not about Stay Bright early access needs a separate opt-in. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the form, attack the Site, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may remove waitlist entries that violate these Waitlist Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Stay Bright name, logos, and Site content belong to Arkenstone Labs GmbH or its licensors. You may use the Site in a normal browser to join the Waitlist. You may not copy it for other commercial use without permission.
8. Availability
We try to keep the Waitlist form working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
9. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence as required by German law. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damage from breach of essential contractual duties, except where mandatory law says otherwise (including injury to life, body, or health).
Nothing in these Waitlist Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
10. Changes
If we change these Waitlist Terms in a material way, we will post the new version with a new date and, where required, ask for your agreement again before it applies to you. Continued use alone is not treated as agreement to material changes.
11. Governing law
German law applies, without conflict-of-law rules that would choose another law. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply. Courts in Berlin have jurisdiction where allowed; consumers may also sue where they live when the law so provides.
